About

”It took me many years to realize that nobody is better than you, but they may be doing something you are not doing yet.”

Ayo Olaseinde is the President of SaladMaster, a global organization that works in over 50 countries worldwide with a turnover in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Ayo has nearly 40 years of experience in direct selling and he has spent the past 16 years with Saladmaster, serving as president of Saladmaster UK, Ltd. prior to taking on his current position. He is responsible for the global sales and operations of Saladmaster, and previously oversaw the European, Middle Eastern and Africa (EMEA) markets.

Under his leadership, the EMEA division was one of Saladmaster’s fastest-growing divisions and Ayo’s work also led to Saladmaster UK, Ltd. being recognized multiple times by the Direct Selling Association UK as one of the top direct selling organizations in the country. It was awarded the Excellence Award in 2014 and was a finalist for the Company with Heart Award in 2016. Ayo also was personally awarded the prestigious Leadership Award in 2015.

Ayo’s journey to success has humble beginnings that include time spent working in a bakery, being broke and sleeping on a friend’s couch.

His story, which you can read about fully in his book, Have You Got the Why Factor, shows how Ayo changed his life by asking the question, ‘Why not me?’

WHY ARE SOME PEOPLE MORE SUCCESSFUL THAN OTHERS?
WHY ARE SOME PEOPLE HAPPIER THAN OTHERS?
WHY NOT ME?

By introducing the question Why into his life, Ayo has been able to achieve tremendous success both professionally and personally. Today, he is a successful businessman who built an organization that turned over 40 million pounds before he semi-retired.

He was then headhunted to join SaladMaster where he leads the team today as President.

Ayo shares his story in hopes of inspiring others to realize that anybody can achieve success if they are prepared to do the things that successful people do.

You must start believing in yourself and asking the question: ‘Why Not You?’.
